Schedule for Picture Day
11:30AM – Call Time
- Get into uniform and line up from tallest to shortest for the group photo.
- Please make sure to have your order envelopes filled out in advance.
- If you ARE NOT doing an individual photo, you may get out of uniform and will be dismissed after the group photo. You will need to return for the 4PM call time for the Covina Christmas Parade.
- If you are taking individual or small group photos, please follow the instructions of the photographer. If you complete your individual or small group photo before 4PM, you will be dismissed. Please make sure to return by 4PM.
Schedule for the Covina Christmas Parade
4PM – Call Time
- Load Truck
- Get into uniform at SHHS
- We will be adding the leg cape to the uniform for the parade
- Please make sure you eat a healthy breakfast and lunch before you arrive.
4:45 – Depart
5PM – Arrive at drop off point (Dexter and 2nd Street)
- Once we check in and unload, we will be redirected to the warm up zone.
5:30 – Warm Up
6PM – Begin staging process.
- This process will take some time. Please be patient!
6:30 – Parade begins.
8PM – Finish Parade
- Load truck
- Our buses and truck will meet us at District Field where the parade ends
8:30 – Depart
8:45 – Arrive @ SHHS
- Get out of uniform.
- Unload truck
- Once the band room is clean and ready for classes on Monday, you will be dismissed.
