Reminders

  • IMPORTANT – If you are not receiving weekly emails, please contact Mr. Wooten so we can make sure we have the correct email for you on file.
  • Band and Color Guard fee #1 (2025/2026 School Year) was due on June 1st.  Please see handbook for instructions on how to use Zelle.  If you choose make your payment in person, please use a payment coupon found in the document section on the website.  Thank you for your support!

IMPORTANT – All rehearsals are mandatory. Absences will only be excused if a schedule conflict form has been turned in prior to the rehearsal/event. In the case of illness, an email to Mr. Wooten at mwooten@c-vusd.org is sufficient to excuse the absence. All absences must be cleared by Mr. Wooten for all groups including percussion and color guard.

  • 2PM – Jazz Audition Workshop
    • All students are welcome and encouraged to attend if they would like to audition for the 2025/2026 SHHS Jazz Ensemble.
  • 5PM – Marching/Visual Rehearsal
    • This rehearsal is for all woodwind and brass students. Color Guard and Percussion members do not need to attend.
  • 6:30PM – 2025/2026 Executive Board Meeting
