Reminders

  • Band and Color Guard fee #6 is due on November 1st.  Please see handbook for instructions on how to use Zelle.  If you choose to make your payment in person, please use a payment coupon found in the document section on the website.  Thank you for your support!

Friday – 10.23.26

  • Band and Color Guard @ Home Football Game
    • We will be performing our show during halftime
    • 4:45PM – Call Time/Load
    • 5:45PM – Depart by Bus
    • 6PM – Meet with SVMS and San Jose Charter
    • 10PM – Return to SHHS
      • Once the trailers are unloaded and the band room is clean, students will be dismissed
      • All students are expected to help.

Saturday – 10.24.26

  • Band and Color Guard @ Glen A Wilson HS Tournament

Sunday – 10.25.26

  • Day Off

Monday – 10.26.26

  • 6PM – Marching Band and Color Guard Rehearsal

Tuesday – 10.27.26

  • 7PM – Executive Board Meeting

Wednesday – 10.28.26

  • 6PM – Marching Band and Color Guard Rehearsal

Thursday – 10.29.26

  • Woodwinds, Brass, and Percussion @ Mesa Elementary Character Parade
    • 8AM – Call Time/Get into Uniform (Please make sure to bring all uniform underdressings)
    • 8:30AM – Walk to Mesa Elementary
    • 8:45AM – Parade Begins
    • 9:15AM – Return to SHHS
  • Home Football Game
    • 5:30PM – Call Time
      • Dress – SHHS Band Polo (or SHHS Band Hoodie or Member Jacket), Jeans/Pants, and Tennis Shoes
    • 6PM – Depart by Bus to CVUSD District Field
    • 10PM – Return to SHHS
      • Once the trailer is unloaded and the band room is clean, the students will be dismissed
      • All students are expected to help clean up!
