10AM – Call Time @ Esperanza HS
- Students will be responsible for their own rides to and from Esperanza HS
- We will need to bring the following equipment.
- Bass and Guitar amplifier
- All drum set cymbals (with stands) including high hat.
- High hat stand and clutch.
- Once you have received your wristband, please go into the theater to watch performances.
*There will be a $10 fee to enter the festival. The student/member tickets have already been paid for.
10:45 – Report to Warm Up Room with instruments
10:55 – Warm Up in Band Room (Room 711)
11:30 – Performance and Clinic in Theater
Noon – Performance Ends/Load Vehicles
IMPORTANT – Please let me know if you need to leave after our performance. If you are able to stay at the festival to watch the Heavy Division, please do so. Some of the best High School Jazz Ensembles in Southern California will be performing at this festival!
7:30 – Awards
8PM – Awards Ceremony Ends
