*Please note that this festival IS NOT at Bonita High School. The Bonita Center for the Arts is located on the campus of San Dimas High School.
7:30AM – Call Time in Band Room
- Please arrive in appropriate concert dress. Please see handbook for concert dress! IMPORTANT – If you have questions, please ask!
- Rehearsal/Load truck
- Please make sure you have everything you need including your instrument, instrument accessories, music, etc.
8:30 – Depart for Bonita Center for The Arts
9AM – Arrive @ Bonita Center for The Arts
- We will be watching a performance at this time. Please make sure to be a polite audience member. Cell phones should be on silent and put away when watching performances. Please do not put your feet on the seats in front of you.
9:45 – Get instruments in the instrument storage area
10AM – Warm Up
10:30 – Performance
11AM – Sightreading
11:30 – Pack Up Instruments/Load Truck
11:45 – Once everything is packed up, we will give you 30 minutes to support the Bonita and San Dimas HS concession stand.
12:15 – Return to Bus
12:30 – Depart
1PM – Arrive @ SHHS
You will be dismissed once everything is packed up the band room is cleaned up.
