8AM – Parent drivers will pick up their rental vans/truck at this time
9AM – Pack and Load
- Parent drivers – please plan on being at SHHS no later than 9AM. Thank you!
- Load all the equipment and luggage in the truck.
- Please make sure you have your wallet/purse with you at all times.
9:30AM – Depart SHHS
11:30AM – Lunch on your own in Barstow
- Please bring money for lunch!
- Once again, all students must be in groups of four or more at all times!
12:30PM – Depart Barstow
3PM – Arrive at Hotel
- The check in process may take some time. Please be patient.

7AM-10AM – Free Breakfast Served in Lobby
11AM – Meet in Lobby
- Be ready in Hair, Make Up, and Costume
11:30AM – Depart for Foothill High School

Noon – Arrive at Foothill High School
- Unload/Restroom Break/Watch performances.
1PM – Warm Up
3:05PM – Performers Entrance
3:13PM – South Hills Performance
3:21PM – Performance Ends
- Load Equipment and Floor
4PM – Group Lunch/Activity
- All students will need $5 for pizza.
8PM – Awards at Foothill High School
- Full Performer Retreat
9PM – Award Ceremony Ends
- We will stop for dinner on the way back to the hotel.
10:30PM – Return to Hotel
11PM – Lights Out

Sunday, March 29
7AM – Breakfast served in hotel lobby.
7:30AM – Report to Hotel Lobby
- Please bring all luggage with you
- Leave key card on the dresser in your room.
- Load truck.
8AM – Depart
10:30AM – Stop in Barstow for breakfast/lunch.
- Please bring money.
11:30AM – Depart Barstow
1:30PM – Arrive at South Hills HS
