Parents – This schedule is subject to change! It is always a good idea to arrive at least one hour before the performance time in case there are any last-minute changes to the schedule. Finding parking at marching band shows is always a challenge!
8:30AM – Call Time
- Please be on the field on time and prepared for call time!
- Please eat a HEALTHY breakfast before you arrive.
- Please come to rehearsal in your uniform under dressings.
- DO NOT wear your black marching shoes to rehearsal. Your shoes should be CLEAN and packed in your bag!
11:30 – Rehearsal Ends/Load Truck
- Please make sure your instrument(s) get loaded onto the truck.
- Please eat something healthy!
- You are not permitted to leave campus unless your parents provide a written request to Mr. Wooten before the event.
- Please use this time to eat, relax, check your bags, and to make sure you are prepared for the rest of the day.
12:45 – Meet in sections
- Please use this time to make sure you have everything needed for the remainder of the day AND that it gets loaded on the bus or truck!
1PM – Depart by bus
- Please remember proper bus behavior
- All students must be wearing their polo shirt, show shirt, logo hoodie, or member jacket at this time.
- Color Guard – Please wear your warmups.
1:30 – Arrive at Los Altos HS
- Unload Truck
- Restroom Break
- Eat something healthy
2:30 – Get into uniform
- 2:30 – Girls Change on Bus
- 2:50 – Boys Change on Bus
3:15 – Walk to Warm Up Site
3:25 – Begin Warm Up
4:25 – Depart for Gate
4:35 – Arrive at Gate
4:45 – Performance
5PM – Return to bus to change
- Same procedure as above, girls change first, and boys change when girls are finished changing.
- Once everyone has changed and the truck is loaded, we will return to the stadium as a group.
6PM – Return to Stadium as a group
- All students should be wearing their polo shirt, show shirt, logo hoodie or member jacket at this time. Color Guard should be wearing their full warmups.
9:45 – Awards
- All students must be seated together as soon as the awards ceremony begins!
- Please make sure we are ALWAYS courteous to others!
10:30 – Return to buses
10:45 – Depart
11:15 – Arrive @ SHHS
- Once the truck is unloaded and everything is put away you will be dismissed

Black Marching Shoes – MUST BE CLEAN
Long Black Socks – IMPORTANT – Socks must be at least calf length or longer and must be solid black.
Logo Shirt (to be worn at rehearsal)
Logo Shorts to wear under your uniform (to be worn to rehearsal)

Warm Clothes to wear after your performance
