6PM – Call Time @ Mt. SAC
- Students will be responsible for their own rides to and from Mt. SAC.
- You will not need your instruments at this time.
- We will need to bring the following equipment.
- Bass and Guitar amplifier
- All drum set cymbals (with stands) including high hat.
- High hat stand and clutch.
6:45 – Report to Warm Up Room with instruments
7PM – Warm Up
7:30 – Performance (Sophia B. Clarke Theater)
8PM – Performance Ends/Load Vehicles
- Please come directly back to the theater after you load your vehicles for a performance from the Mt. SAC Jazz Band and Awards.
9PM – Students will be dismissed at this time.

5PM – California HS
5:30 – West Covina HS
6PM – Valencia HS
6:30 – Etiwanda HS
7PM – Walnut HS
7:30 – South Hills HS
8PM – Mt. SAC Jazz Band and Awards
