Walnut, CA. 91789

7:30AM – Call Time in Band Room

  • Please arrive in appropriate concert dress.  Please see handbook for concert dress!  IMPORTANT – If you have questions, please ask!
  • Rehearsal/Load truck
  • Please make sure you have everything you need including your instrument, instrument accessories, music, etc.

8:45 – Depart for Mt. SAC

9AM – Arrive @ Mt. SAC

  • Unload truck and prepare for warm up

9:30 – Warm Up in Room M200

9:55 – Performance (Clarke Theater)

10:15 – Clinic

10:45 – Pack Up Instruments/Load Truck

11AM – Watch performances

  • Please make sure to have phones turned off and keep our feet off the seats in front of us.  Please be a polite audience!

11:45 – Return to Bus

Noon – Depart

12:15 – Arrive @ SHHS

You will be dismissed once everything is packed up the band room is cleaned up.
