*Please note that there is a $15 admission charge per adult to get into the theater. Members of the band have already been paid for and will not need to pay to get in.

12:30PM – Call Time @ Upland High School
- We will meet in front of the theater.
- You will NOT need your instruments at this time.
- Rhythm Section – We will need to bring our own cymbals (including stands), high hat (including stand), sticks, mallets, and amplifiers for bass and guitar (please make sure to bring all cables).
1PM – Attend afternoon concert with special guest artist, Wayne Bergeron (trumpet)
1:45PM – Watch performances and support the Upland HS concessions.
- In addition to food, the Upland HS Band Boosters will also be selling festival merchandise (shirts and hoodies)
3:20PM – Meet outside the Upland HS Band Room to prepare for warm up
- You will need your instruments and music at this time!
3:30PM – Warm Up in Band Room
4PM – Performance in Theater
4:30 – Clinic in Choir Room
5PM – Pack up
- There will be no instrument storage available at the festival. Please keep your instruments in your vehicles.
- I encourage you to stay and watch the remaining bands at this festival. Some of the finest jazz ensembles in the Western US will be performing!
- If you need to leave at this time, please check in with Mr. Wooten before you leave.
