Carl has a long history in the marching and pageantry arts activity that covers over 30 years of experience as a performer, designer, instructor, administrator, and adjudicator.
Carl travels throughout the United States participating in the highest caliber of events as an adjudicator and clinician for DCI, Bands of America, and WGI.
For the past 14 years Carl has enjoyed a successful career in public safety as a Police Dispatcher for the 7th largest school district in California, the Santa Ana School Police Department. While serving as a police dispatcher and training officer for the department Carl is also involved in special events and is the only tactical dispatcher for critical incidents in the department.
In his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife Dia of 22 years and his sons Logan and Tyler.
