posted in: Uncategorized | 0

Jessica is an active performer and coach in the colorguard community. She is a future high school educator obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in English Education as well as a Single-Subject Teaching Credential. She graduated from South Hills High School in 2018 after spending 8 seasons with the program. Jessica also spun with Blue Devils B Open Class Drum Corps in 2018, Fantasia A Open Class Winterguard in 2020, and Fantasia World Class Winterguard in 2022 and 2023. She plans on continuing to be a performer where she can continue to expand her knowledge in the activity and use the training to improve her quality of coaching at the high school level.

Jessica’s goal as a coach is to inspire and educate student performers through the art of colorguard and encourage them to build lifelong memories, connections, and skills. She hopes to transfer her academic student teaching experiences to the unique learning style that takes place in the marching band and winterguard setting. This is her first year on staff teaching alongside her previous high school coaches Andrew and Edgard.
