Vanessa Vendiola began as a performer in marching percussion in 2002. After four years as a member of Ayala High School’s percussion program, she went on to participate in independent groups, aging out with the Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps and Pulse Percussion. In addition to obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Cal Poly Pomona, she has served as an educator in music and movement at various programs throughout California, including Arcadia High School and the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps.Vanessa begins her third year on the percussion staff at South Hills High School. She currently performs at Disneyland part time, and is involved with event planning, too.
